Friends from Work New Years Eve 2010

Well this year for NYE we went to dinner with my mother and father at a very yummy restaurant. Then went out with some people from work at a place that we pretty much had all to ourselves. We got the memo a little late that everyone was wearing wigs. So of course we didn't have ours.....b/c we left them in Houma. Nonetheless I still tried my best by wearing my leggings (which was also in the theme of the night).
The theme was to wear wigs, leggings, leg warmers, and other Japanese attire that you could think to wear. I'm not too sure where the wigs come in to this....but........all our co-workers managed to tie that in somehow. Me, LT Fischer, and LT Taylor. She works in the SCU with me and he works with Colby. Our hospital is very small so everyone is friends and everyone knows one another. Not sure what the comb is all about.

Midnight kisses.........we tried to take this picture by ourselves....as you can tell!!

LtJG Corder (Ashley) with her Willy Wonka like wig and Colby and I with VERY lazy eyes. Not sure what that is all about. We weren't even drinking that much!! Haha.
BTW......Peace signs will be a repeated thing in our pics on this blog. All Japanese people do the "peace sign" when taking pictures.
Say CHEESE!!

Ashley found this shirt I think at the Japanese mall. They are all over. We have yet to figure out what half of them mean. This is one of them. If anyone understands this......Please inform me!!

Colby could not stand it.....so he got a hold of someone elses wig for a brief moment........Great picture. These are the faces of the mental health unit!!! Go Figure!!!

Dustin Taylor again saying "Cheese/Peace." He was VERY in character. It always really enjoys his costumes!! This was funny.....Check out the vest!!

This picture is just thrown in here. Below is Colleen, Chris, and Chase Blosser. They are both active duty. He is a JAG officer in the Marine Corps and she is an RN who used to work with Colby at Balboa. She now works in L&D. The live about a block away from us so we see them often for dinner and such. This picture was taken when we went to Okuma for Christmas 2009. There little boy, Chase is precious!!! Almost always he is smiling, but of course in the pic ...no such luck!!

Hope you enjoyed!!!
Three blogs in 1 day is plenty for me!! Until next time............
We love and miss all of you so much!!!
Maggie and Colby
